Campaign Overview
The first phase will be to set up a digital marketing campaign. In subsequent phases we will segment this traffic into industry and solution pages, following a similar format for the campaign setup and messaging but customizing for the niche.

The directive of this phase 1 is to educate qualified website visitors on the top 5 ways Client improves a ROI for its customers and compel them to contact us.
Project Plan
Step 1: Landing Page Copy + Ad Ideas
After reviewing what we currently have, we decided to produce a new landing page to send the website visitors to. The landing page will have sections that address each of the five ways that Client improves a contact center. This one general landing page will be used as a template for future customized industry and use case pages.
The landing page is designed to capture attention and provoke the user to interact. To capture and retain attention, we use video and interactive content as a way to HOLD USERS on the page. Near the content, we insert a relevant call-to-action for the user to download a document or interact in some way.
Interaction is important, as more interactions builds response potential. We will create modules that allow users to “soft-interact” with our landing page. This includes click-to-reveal sections, dropdowns, and interactive icons.
After the website copy is approved, it will be sent to IBA Agency to create the landing page.
In this step we also create an outline for ad ideas, based on the same key points that are communicated on the landing page.
